Let heroes be used while upgrading in wars and clan war league. My suggestion to clash of clans is to allow upgrading heroes to be used in clan wars as the non upgraded level. This suggestion is realistic because defenses already have this function in clan wars, if upgrading, it will be at the un-upgraded level in war and still work as normal.
